By installing, accessing, or using the Drawtion browser extension and website (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you') and Janith Chumulka doing business as Drawtion ('we', 'us', or 'our'). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Drawtion is a browser extension that provides annotation and drawing tools for Notion pages. The Service includes local and cloud-based storage features to sync your drawings across devices.
To access certain features (such as Cloud Sync), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Pro Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly). You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Lifetime Deals: A "Lifetime Deal" grants you access to the Pro features for the lifetime of the Service. This is a one-time payment. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: • Violate any local, provincial, national, or international laws. • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. • Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the Service. • Introduce viruses, overload our cloud storage servers. • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the Service. • Use the Service to create or store content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Our IP: The Service, including its code, design, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Drawtion and is protected by copyright laws. • Your Content: You retain ownership of the drawings and annotations you create using Drawtion. By using Drawtion, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Drawtion is an independent third-party extension and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Notion Labs, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The name 'Notion' as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drawtion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of drawings, loss of profits, or service interruptions. The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
